Allen Turner Genesis is seeking a motivated Automotive Sales Associate in Pensacola, FL. You will help customers find the right vehicle and create an exceptional buying experience, building relationships and guiding buyers through the purchasing process from start to finish.

The role emphasizes consultative selling, product knowledge, and teamwork in a fast-paced, professional environment with a clear path for advancement and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience preferred.
• Automotive sales experience a plus but not required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Willing to work weekends and flexible schedule.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Use consultative sales approach to understand needs and recommend vehicles.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of Genesis inventory and features.
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives.
• Follow up with customers before and after sale to ensure satisfaction.
• Work with Sales Managers to achieve individual and team goals.
• Maintain professional appearance and positive attitude.
