The ideal candidate has post-secondary automotive training or experience, a clean driving record, and strong computer and customer service performance.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary automotive training or equivalent required.
• Two years dealer-level or large facility experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills a must.

Responsibilities

• Schedules service for customers in person or by phone to ensure prompt diagnosis.
• Makes repair recommendations and manages delivery by setting expectations.
• Ensures documentation is complete and compliant with standards.
• Sells brakes, batteries, and tires as needed.
• Adheres to safety policies and participates in trainings and meetings.
• Educates and trains new staff when required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
