Leif Johnson Ford of Buda is seeking a driven Service Advisor for our high-energy service lane. This role emphasizes speed, accuracy, and hospitality, in a fast-moving drive where your clear communication and organization directly impact customer satisfaction and shop performance.

You’ll greet customers, write repair orders, recommend manufacturer-recommended maintenance, manage multiple vehicles, and coordinate with technicians to keep work flowing.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance processes.
• Proficiency in using dealership management software and other relevant tools.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers immediately and set the tone for a fast, friendly experience.
• Write accurate repair orders for maintenance services (oil changes, tires, batteries, light repairs).
• Confidently recommend manufacturer-recommended maintenance.
• Manage multiple vehicles at once while keeping wait times low.
• Communicate with technicians to keep work flowing efficiently.
• Close repair orders cleanly and accurately.
