Qualifications

• ASE certification preferred.
• Two years of dealership experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service appointments and greet customers in a timely, friendly manner.
• Provide accurate labor and parts estimates and obtain authorization before repairs.
• Monitor repair progress and update customers on changes to estimates or timelines.
• Test-drive vehicles or refer to test technician when needed to ensure quality service.
• Advise customers on maintenance per manufacturer specs to maximize longevity.
• Maintain CSI ratings comparable to benchmarks.
• Follow all safety and regulatory requirements.
