Job summary

The Kamin Science Center is seeking a Service Advisor to be the face of the service department, greeting customers, recommending maintenance, and presenting accurate repair estimates. You will build rapport to promote customer satisfaction and retention while ensuring compliance with warranty guidelines and company policies.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service, communication, and computer skills, plus prior automotive Service Advisor experience and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Greet customers and obtain vehicle information.
• Actively promote products and services to customers.
• Advise customers on vehicle care per manufacturer specs.
• Generate and provide complete and accurate repair estimates.
• Establish and communicate repair completion times.
• Follow warranty guidelines and protect information.
• Must be 18+ with a valid driver's license and pass screening.

Responsibilities

• Promote and build rapport with customers to drive sales and CSI.
