AutoNation invites you to join our Service Advisor team, serving 20,000 cars daily and connecting customers with technicians in a clear, friendly way. You'll explain recommendations and identify up-sell opportunities to keep drivers safe.

In our state-of-the-art service departments, you’ll greet customers, set and confirm appointments, communicate with technicians, and deliver transparent estimates. A high school diploma and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Prior sales experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to follow up with customers and use technology.
• Valid in-state driver's license with a safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Set, confirm and prepare for appointments with customers.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and customer satisfaction.
• Greet customers on arrival.
• Determine vehicle needs based on information and inspections.
• Use consultative selling for ongoing maintenance of vehicles.
• Produce repair orders with estimates and transparency.
• Communicate with technicians and parts staff for timely work.
• Follow up with customers to inform and ensure satisfaction.
• Gain product knowledge to help customers.
• Provide exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
