Job summary

Classic Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Goldsboro is seeking an Experienced Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will greet customers, document vehicle data, report symptoms to the work order, and prepare estimates in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

The ideal candidate has Chrysler service advisor experience, a track record of customer satisfaction, strong communication, and the ability to work Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Chrysler Service Advisor or Service Consultant is a MUST.
• Proven record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to work Saturdays.
• Clean criminal background and pass pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and collect vehicle information.
• Clearly report vehicle symptoms to the work order.
• Determine and recommend maintenance based on age, mileage, and history.
• Prepare a complete estimate of labor and parts costs.
• Communicate updates to customers at least twice daily.
• Monitor progress of vehicles and update waiting customers.
• Explain completed work and charges to customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers promptly
• Obtaincustomer and vehicle information
• Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer to the work order
• Determine and recommend needed maintenance base on age, mileage and history of vehicle
• Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts
• Communicate updates with eachcustomer a minimum of 2 times daily for drop offs
• Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating customers frequently who are waiting
• Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order being as detailed as possible
• Explain all completed work and charges to customers

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previousexperience as a Chrysler Service Advisor or a Service Consultant is a MUST!
• Proven record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction
• Above average energy level
