Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership is preferred.
• Ford dealership or manufacturer experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of automotive service, repair, and maintenance.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Strong sales skills with the ability to communicate the value of recommended services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and listen carefully to their vehicle concerns.
• Prepare accurate repair orders and document customer requests.
• Review vehicle maintenance needs and recommended repairs with customers.
• Clearly explain services, pricing, and repair recommendations.
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
• Coordinate with technicians and the Parts Department to help ensure efficient workflow.
• Review completed repairs and invoices with customers.
• Follow up with customers and build long-term relationships.
• Handle customer questions and concerns professionally.
• Help achieve department goals for sales, customer satisfaction, and retention.
