The ideal candidate has prior experience in service writing or automotive service, comfortable with daily customer interactions, and willing to work day shifts. Training and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• One year or more related experience, preferred.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• Manufacturer training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOAG advisor service drive process.
• Prepare a pre-write for the next day’s appointments detailing required services and recalls.
• Greet client on the drive at their vehicle and perform a thorough walkaround.
• Explain repairs and costs to the customer and obtain authorization.
• Update clients daily on progress and close the repair order with payment.
• Maintain accurate vehicle and customer data in the system and ensure data integrity.
• Stay organized, keep work area clean, and assist with Saturdays when required.
