You’ll explain findings clearly, keep guests updated, and strive to deliver an outstanding service experience. Prior automotive service exposure is preferred; strong customer-service or leadership experience also welcomed.

• Must be able to communicate clearly with guests and technicians.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and create a positive first impression.
• Listen to vehicle concerns and document them clearly.
• Review service history and recommend factory-scheduled maintenance.
• Write accurate repair orders for technicians.
• Prepare and communicate estimates, timelines, and repair recommendations.
• Explain technician findings in a clear, helpful, and professional way.
• Keep guests updated throughout the repair process.
• Coordinate with technicians, parts, and service leadership.
• Review completed repair orders for accuracy and proper authorization.
• Help ensure each guest receives a great experience with no regrets.
