Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Exceptional customer experience with strong communication skills.
• Ability to set and achieve targeted goals; goal-oriented mindset.
• Prior sales experience preferred but not required; willingness to up-sell.
• Strong consultative, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
• Valid in-state driver’s license with a safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Set, confirm and prepare for customer appointments for a great service experience.
• Meet or exceed targeted sales goals and CSI targets.
• Greet customers warmly as they arrive.
• Determine vehicle needs via information gathering, walk-arounds, inspections and test drives.
• Use consultative selling to plan for ongoing maintenance.
• Produce repair orders with cost and time estimates with transparency.
• Coordinate with technicians and parts staff for timely work completion.
• Follow up with customers to inform and ensure satisfaction.
• Expand product knowledge to better assist customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
