Qualifications

• Experience is a plus, not a requirement in the service lane.

Responsibilities

• Oversee flow of Drive Lane; ensure prompt, courteous service.
• Take ownership of the customer experience and convey next steps.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries, in person or by phone.
• Ensure technicians' time is sold to service customers daily.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
