Strong communication, reading, writing, and math skills are required, along with a valid driver's license and retail hours flexibility. The role emphasizes warranty knowledge, customer updates, appointment setting, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and one year of related sales experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Current valid driver’s license
• Must have good reading, writing and math skills.
• Have excellent interpersonal skills and provide outstanding customer service.
• Ability to work retail hours
• Computer proficient

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers with courtesy and efficiency.
• Provide an outstanding guest experience and determine the course of action with customer authorization.
• Write up service needs and provide accurate estimates for dollars and completion time.
• Communicate effectively with customers to achieve satisfactory repairs and sales of necessary maintenance.
• Understand warranty and service/insurance policies and keep customers informed of prognosis.
• Call customers to set appointments and answer phones promptly.
• Attend required training and department meetings.
