Job summary

Landmark Automotive is seeking a Service Advisor for our Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM operation in the Atlanta area. You will greet guests, schedule appointments and act as a liaison between customers and service technicians to ensure needs are met with confidence.

Responsibilities include listening to repair needs, translating them to technicians, providing accurate estimates, upselling services with integrity, and following up on repairs to keep customers informed.

Qualifications

• Greet service department customers promptly and courteously.
• Listen to customers and clearly translate repair needs to techs.
• Upsell additional services using low pressure, high integrity methods.
• Provide accurate repair/maintenance estimates.
• Adhere to policies on vehicle care and operation.

• Keep Service Manager informed of all problems and potential problems
• Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores in accordance with dealership standards
