Dennis Sneed Ford is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our Service Department. We are committed to delivering exceptional customer service, building lasting relationships, and serving as the communication link between customers and technicians.

As a Service Advisor you will combine strong customer service, mechanical aptitude, and clear communication to ensure every repair begins with understanding the customer's concerns and ends with exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience in a dealership environment.
• Ford dealership experience strongly preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of automotive service operations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers promptly and professionally.
• Listen carefully to customer concerns and ask thoughtful follow-up questions.
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
• Explain completed repairs, maintenance recommendations, and available services.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from arrival through vehicle delivery.
• Translate customer concerns into clear, detailed repair orders.
• Communicate with technicians, the parts department, and customers throughout the repair process.
• Present maintenance recommendations and repair information in a professional, easy-to-understand manner.
• Prioritize multiple repair orders while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
• Build productive working relationships with customers, technicians, and fellow team members.
• Exercise sound judgment and professionalism in every customer interaction.
