Dennis Sneed Ford is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our Service Department. You will be the communication link between customers and technicians, ensuring clarity of concerns and high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience in a dealership
• Ford dealership experience strongly preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of automotive service operations
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers promptly and professionally and listen to concerns
• Translate customer concerns into clear, detailed repair orders
• Explain completed repairs and maintenance recommendations to customers
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
• Present repairs and services in a professional, easy-to-understand manner
• Demonstrate organization and prioritize multiple repair orders while maintaining accuracy
