Dennis Sneed Ford is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our Service Department. We are looking for a professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service, building lasting customer relationships, and serving as the communication link between our customers and technicians.
Our Service Advisors play a vital role in creating a positive ownership experience by combining strong customer service, mechanical aptitude, and effective communication to help ensure every repair begins with a clear understanding of the customer's concerns and ends with exceptional service.
Our Service Advisors are often the first and last person a customer interacts with during their service visit. Professionalism, communication, and follow-through help build trust and create long-term customer relationships.
Customers often describe symptoms rather than the actual problem. A successful Service Advisor knows how to gather accurate information, recognize relevant vehicle information, and communicate customer concerns clearly to technicians to support an efficient diagnostic and repair process.
Success in a fast-paced service department requires organization, sound judgment, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
We're looking for an experienced Service Advisor who is prepared to contribute from day one and provide the level of professionalism and customer care our customers expect from a Ford dealership.
Dennis Sneed Ford values employees who take pride in their work and are committed to serving our customers. We offer a professional, team-oriented environment where employees can build a long-term career.
