• Manage technicians' time and distribute work efficiently.
• Answer questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
• Maintain customer happiness scores per company standards.
• Oversee warranty claim administration.
• Support compliance with laws and company policies.
• Foster good relations with factories and cross-functional teams.
