• Provide clear estimates and obtain customer authorization.

• Coordinate with technicians to ensure work is completed as promised.
• Review completed work with customers at vehicle delivery.
• Promote maintenance services, warranties, and recommended services.
• Maintain accurate documentation and CRM records.
• Support CSI performance and follow up on customer surveys and feedback.
