You will guide customers through the service and repair process with clear communication and personalized support, delivering a seamless, customer-first experience. You will document concerns, create repair orders, discuss recommendations, and help with invoicing and payments, while coordinating with multiple departments in a fast-paced setting.

• Process service payments and manage cash transactions responsibly.
• Coordinate workflow efficiently to maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment.
• Follow CarMax EH&S requirements and maintain a clean and orderly work area.
