Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
• Proficient in telephone etiquette and active listening.
• Ability to document data accurately with intermediate computer skills.
• Able to work with multiple departments in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Adherence to CarMax policies and procedures.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods in indoor/outdoor settings.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with professionalism and empathy throughout the service process.
• Document customer concerns and create repair orders for technicians, updating status.
• Discuss recommended repairs and explain service details clearly.
• Review work for accuracy and prepare invoices.
• Process service payments and manage cash transactions.
