Auto Plus is seeking a customer-focused associate to be the first point of contact for customers in store and over the phone in Escondido, CA. You will schedule appointments, upsell parts and services, and ensure customer needs are understood and met with efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• One year of related automotive service experience.
• One year of sales experience preferred.
• Basic math for commissions and discounts.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for customers in-store and on the phone.
• Schedule appointments and upsell parts and service.
• Organize service desk and register transactions.
• Perform express automotive services and inspections.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Assist in purchasing and store operations as needed.
• Maintain organized and neat shop.
