Job summary

Gary Mathews Motors in Clarksville, TN seeks a Service Advisor to be the primary contact between customers and our service department. You will help ensure outstanding service and clear communication throughout the repair process.

You will provide accurate estimates, schedule appointments, and coordinate with technicians to keep customers informed and satisfied, all while delivering a customer-first experience.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
• Basic knowledge of automotive repair terminology is a plus.
• Previous experience in automotive service advising or a related customer service role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally, assessing their vehicle service needs.
• Provide clear, accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance.
• Coordinate vehicle service appointments and communicate status updates to customers.
• Liaise between technicians and customers to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
• Record and process service orders, payments, and customer information accurately.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any service-related issues or concerns.
• Promote additional services and products when appropriate.
