Qualifications

• Previous automotive Service Advisor experience preferred.
• Strong customer-service and sales skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and document vehicle concerns.
• Prepare repair orders and review maintenance recommendations.
• Explain estimates clearly and obtain authorization.
• Maintain customer communication on status, costs, and timelines.
