You will coordinate with Sales, Service, Parts, and Accounting, handle basic administrative tasks, and maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Previous receptionist, administrative, hospitality, or customer-service experience preferred.
• Automotive dealership experience is a plus but not required.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills.
• Friendly, professional, and welcoming personality.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer and visitor promptly, warmly, and professionally.
• Answer incoming telephone calls using the dealership's approved greeting.
• Transfer callers to appropriate department or employee.
• Take complete and accurate messages when necessary.
• Maintain a professional, welcoming reception area.
• Provide basic information regarding hours, departments, directions, and services.
• Assist with basic administrative tasks and clerical duties.
