Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in an service/advisor role or similar.
• Ambition to provide outstanding customer service.

• Desire to learn and evolve customer focus processes.
• Proficiency with computers and new software.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate repair orders with time, cost and labor estimates.
• Advise customers on necessary routine maintenance and services.
• Greet customers and obtain vehicle information for service intake.
• Explain work performed to customers and obtain approval for additional repairs.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through clear, courteous communication.
