Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Successful completion of background checks and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Advises customers about necessary service for routine maintenance.
• Prepares a repair order showing time, cost and labor estimates.
• Explains the work performed and the repair order charges to the customer.
• Schedules service appointments.
• Greets customers and obtains vehicle information.
• References service history and recommends additional needed service.
