Thomas Auto Group is seeking a Service Advisor to greet customers, assess vehicle concerns, and coordinate with service technicians. You will ensure clear communication throughout the service or repair process and drive customer satisfaction from intake to completion.

Successful candidates will have English proficiency, a valid driver's license, and prior service-advisor experience; Spanish language skills are a plus.

Competenze

• Experience as automotive service advisor is preferred.
• Training in customer service, advisory skills, and quality control is required.
• Strong English verbal and written communication; ability to manage multiple tasks.
