Job summary

Thomasville NISSAN / Thomasville HONDA is seeking a Service Advisor to be the primary contact between customers and the service team, owning the service experience from first contact to final delivery of serviced and repaired vehicles in accordance with dealership guidelines.

You will welcome guests, create service orders, write repair estimates, and coordinate with technicians using CDK dealer management software to ensure a seamless, high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers into the Service Department and create service orders.
• Write repair orders using Dealer Built / CDK dealer management software.
• Create estimates based on technician inspections and scheduled maintenance requirements.
