The role involves advising on maintenance needs, obtaining vehicle data, and guiding customers through the repair process with accurate estimates and timely updates.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and obtain vehicle information.
• Advise customers on necessary routine maintenance and additional services.
• Identify mechanical problems through questioning, visual inspections, and test drives.
• Prepare repair orders showing labor and parts estimates.
• Explain work performed and repair order charges to customers.
• Schedule service appointments and obtain customer/vehicle data prior to arrival.
• Test drive vehicles with customers as needed to confirm concerns.
• Provide accurate written estimates for labor and parts.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction standards.
• Answer phone inquiries regarding appointments and work in progress.
