Qualifications

- Proficiency in automotive systems and diagnostics.
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and conduct initial inspections of vehicles to understand issues.
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate with service technicians.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for labor and parts based on assessments.
- Create and maintain detailed service records and documentation.
- Provide basic technical advice and educate customers on maintenance.
