Job summary

You will greet customers, document concerns, prepare cost estimates, monitor progress, communicate status, and explain charges at delivery, while maintaining high CSI and professional service.

• Ability to read and interpret repair orders.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally; document concerns on the repair order.
• Inspect vehicles, review service history, and recommend maintenance or repairs.
• Provide accurate written cost estimates for labor and parts; communicate timelines and obtain authorization.
• Monitor repair progress and inform customers of changes in status, cost, or completion time.
• Explain completed work and charges to the customer at delivery.
• Handle inbound calls for appointments and updates.
• Maintain high CSI through transparent and friendly service.
