Job summary

Rohrman Automotive Group is seeking a customer-focused Service Advisor to be the primary liaison between guests and technicians. You will manage the complete service journey from write-up to delivery, building relationships and ensuring professional handling of each repair order.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, documenting concerns, reviewing history, providing clear estimates, and updating customers throughout the process to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused interpersonal skills and the ability to engage guests.
• Strong written and verbal communication with customers and technicians.
• Solid organizational abilities to manage multiple repair orders.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and gather vehicle information.
• Inspect vehicles, review service history, and suggest needed maintenance or repairs.
• Provide accurate written cost estimates for labor and parts; obtain authorization before work.
• Monitor repair progress and update customers on status, cost, or time.
• Explain completed work and charges to customers at delivery.
