METRO Ford in Independence, Missouri is seeking an Experienced Automotive Service Advisor for our Service Department. You will greet customers, collect vehicle information, and document concerns as described by the customer.

Responsibilities include reviewing inspections, translating technician recommendations, preparing cost estimates, monitoring progress, and updating customers daily. Ford experience and strong communication are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Service Advisor experience required.
• Ford experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• ADP/CDK experience is a plus.
• Valid in-state driver's license.
• Pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers and obtain vehicle information.
• Capture customer concerns and vehicle symptoms.
• Determine needed maintenance based on age and mileage.
• Review Multi-Point Inspection and translate technician recommendations.
• Prepare accurate parts and labor estimates.
• Monitor progress and update customers daily.
• Ensure final invoice matches work performed.
• Explain work performed to customers and build loyalty.
