You will greet customers, coordinate service appointments, discuss recommended services, prepare estimates, obtain approvals, and maintain detailed repair orders to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; automotive education or certification is a plus.
• Experience as a Service Advisor in automotive or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with customers and team members.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a warm, friendly, and professional atmosphere; act as the main contact for customers.
• Schedule and confirm service appointments, gather vehicle history and symptoms, and advise on recommended services.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for parts, labor, and services; explain them clearly and obtain customer approval.
• Create and manage repair orders; maintain service records and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion.
