Pep Boys Inc. is looking for a customer-focused Service Desk Associate to greet customers, schedule appointments, sell parts and services, and ensure a quick, accurate checkout.

You will be the first point of contact in-store and on the phone, helping customers select the right parts and planning service work. This role requires strong verbal communication, basic math for discounts and commissions, and the ability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced retail automotive

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in retail or automotive environment preferred.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work days, nights, weekends, holidays.
• Basic math to calculate discounts and commissions.

Responsabilités

• Serve as first point of contact for customers in-store and over the phone, guiding needs and selling parts and services.
• Maintain service desk, organize work orders and register transactions.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and store operations.
• Explain policies and processes and handle customer concerns.
• Perform express automotive services and basic vehicle inspections.
• Ensure safety procedures and clean, organized shop.
• Communicate effectively with associates and customers.
