Valley Ford of Huron is seeking a Service Advisor to be the primary liaison between customers and the service department. You will manage the service process from first contact to completion, ensuring satisfaction and efficient operations.

You will greet customers, document concerns, explain needed services with estimates, coordinate with technicians, and maintain open communication throughout the process. Strong multitasking and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or higher is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years in a customer service role, preferably in automotive.
• Experience with automotive repair and maintenance processes is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and document service needs and vehicle issues.
• Explain services and repairs with cost estimates and timelines.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service delivery.
• Maintain communication with customers throughout the service process.
• Manage service appointments to maximize department productivity.
• Upsell additional services and products to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue.
• Keep the service desk area clean, organized, and professional.
