You will provide written estimates, review service history, monitor progress, and communicate updates to customers throughout the day, ending with a clear walk-through of charges at pickup.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred.
• Comfort using technology to support an exceptional customer experience.
• Strong communication, organization, follow-up, and time-management skills.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Check on the progress of repairs throughout the day and provide customers with frequent updates on the status of their vehicles.
• Open and manage repair orders, capturing customer concerns clearly.
• Provide written estimates for parts and labor, and obtain approvals for changes.
• Review service history, perform walkarounds, and recommend additional services as appropriate.
• Monitor repair progress and communicate updates throughout completion.
• Close repair orders and explain completed work and charges.
