Gills Point S Tire in Grants Pass, OR is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to connect customers with our service team and keep vehicles safe. You’ll blend automotive knowledge with strong communication and sales skills to deliver an outstanding service experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior customer service in automotive or tire services preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to explain products and services clearly to customers.
• Experience with POS/shop software is preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and create a welcoming service experience.
• Listen to concerns and perform vehicle walk-arounds to identify needs.
• Provide honest recommendations prioritizing safety and reliability.
• Prepare accurate estimates and explain tires, maintenance, and repair options.
• Recommend additional services when appropriate and beneficial.
• Educate customers on tire care and preventative maintenance.
• Follow up during repair to ensure satisfaction.
• Resolve concerns professionally while maintaining a positive experience.
