Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous customer service experience in automotive/tire service preferred.
• Strong understanding of automotive maintenance, tire services, preventative maintenance, and light mechanical repairs.
• Technical or vocational automotive training is a plus.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to build customer trust and confidently recommend products and services.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Experience using POS and shop management software preferred.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Willingness to pursue TIA Certification with company support.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create a welcoming service experience.
• Listen to concerns and perform vehicle walk-arounds to identify maintenance and tire needs.
• Provide honest recommendations prioritizing safety, reliability, and long-term performance.
• Prepare accurate estimates and explain recommended services.
• Educate customers on tire care and preventative maintenance.
• Follow up with customers to provide updates and ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate service with technicians and manage repair orders.
• Process invoices and review final recommendations with customers.
