Rossi Automotive Group is seeking a friendly, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing team. We offer training and support, a no-Sundays schedule, and pathways for career growth in a modern facility with a supportive leadership team.

The position includes a competitive compensation package with base salary plus commission, plus benefits like medical, dental, and life insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid vacation and holidays, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Service Advisor experience preferred (not mandatory)
• Experience in automotive sales, RV, marine, powersports, or customer-facing roles encouraged
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Team-first attitude with a strong work ethic

Responsabilités

• Welcome customers and provide an exceptional service experience
• Listen to customer concerns and recommend appropriate maintenance and repairs
• Prepare repair orders and service estimates
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
• Coordinate with technicians and parts department to ensure timely repairs
• Build lasting customer relationships that encourage repeat business
