Job summary

Mike Savoie Chevrolet is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our Troy, MI team. You will write repair orders, relay customer concerns to technicians, and ensure timely, high-quality service with a customer-first approach.

Compensation is salary plus commission with a strong year-end bonus. We offer a 5-day work week (no weekends), comprehensive health plans, a company-sponsored HSA, dental/vision, 401K with company match, paid vacation, and a friendly, professional

Responsibilities:

• Write Repair Order after verifying customer's complaint
• Effectively and accurately communicate customer complaint on repair order
• Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
• Punctual and dependable team player
• Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled
• Work effectively with technicians and parts department to ensure quality service
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs
• Maintain customer satisfaction scores at or above company standards
• Reinforce company policies and adhere to company standards
• Encourage compliance with applicable laws and regulations
