Mike Savoie Chevrolet is seeking an experienced, customer-service minded Automotive Service Advisor to add to our team in Troy, Michigan. We pride ourselves on integrity and service for customers and staff alike.

You will write repair orders, communicate with customers, coordinate with technicians, and ensure a positive, timely service experience. We offer salary plus commission, a 5-day work week with no weekends, comprehensive benefits, and performance bonuses.

Responsibilities:

• Write Repair Order after verifying customer's complaint
• Effectively and accurately communicate customer complaint on repair order
• Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
• Punctual and dependable team player
• Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled
• Work effectively with technicians and parts department to ensure quality service
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs
• Maintain customer satisfaction scores at or above company standards
• Reinforce company policies and adhere to company standards
• Encourage compliance with applicable laws and regulations
