Mike Savoie Chevrolet in Metro Detroit (Troy area) is seeking an experienced, customer service minded Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. This third‑generation family-owned dealership emphasizes doing the right thing for customers and employees.

Responsibilities

• Write Repair Orders after verifying customer's complaint.
• Effectively and accurately communicate customer complaint on repair order.
• Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Punctual and dependable team player.
• Take ownership of the customer's experience and leave a positive impression.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, in person or by phone.
• Work with technicians and parts to ensure quality service.
• Explain vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
• Maintain customer satisfaction above company standards.
• Adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Work effectively with technicians and parts department to ensure quality service
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs
• Maintain customer satisfaction scores at or above company standards
• Reinforce company policies and adhere to company standards
• Encourage compliance with applicable laws and regulations
