Job summary

Porsche of Chattanooga is seeking Service Advisors to join our team, offering expert service advice and cost estimates for repairs on luxury vehicles. Prior experience as an Auto Service Advisor is preferred; CDK experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous Service Advisor experience preferred.
• CDK experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service/maintenance/recall appointments.
• Greet customers and inspect vehicles.
• Advise customers on necessary and suggested services and costs.
• Track vehicle status from intake to completion.
• Review work orders with customers upon completion to address concerns.
• Provide a completely satisfied customer experience.
