Job summary

Rockwall Hyundai in Rockwall, TX is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to join our service team. You will work onsite, coordinating with technicians, communicating with customers, and helping to ensure timely repairs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in an automotive service advisor role.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems, repair procedures and industry standards.
• Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS) and other software.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with technicians to identify necessary repairs and maintenance.
• Explain findings to customers and provide quotes.
• Advise on recommended repairs and negotiate service agreements.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and repair orders.
• Ensure timely and efficient completion of repairs and maintenance.
