Job summary

Rockwall Kia, part of Lithia & Driveway, is seeking a Sales Representative at our onsite Rockwall, TX location. This commission-based role rewards performance and requires a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent; 18 years or older.
• 2+ years of automotive sales or related field.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Familiarity with automotive industry trends and competitor activity.
• Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS) and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Exceed monthly sales targets by selling vehicles to customers.
• Conduct test drives and product demonstrations to customers.
• Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to management.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales promotions, product features, and benefits.
• Negotiate prices and terms with customers to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
