Rockwall Hyundai, onsite in Rockwall, TX, is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor. The role coordinates with technicians to identify repairs, provides quotes, and guides customers through recommended services. Requires 2+ years in the field, strong automotive knowledge, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience in an automotive service advisor role or related field.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems, repair procedures, and industry standards.
• Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS) and other software applications.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with technicians to identify necessary repairs and maintenance, and communicate findings to customers.
• Estimate costs and time required for repairs and maintenance, and provide quotes to customers.
• Advise customers on recommended repairs and maintenance, and negotiate service agreements.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient completion of repairs and maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service agreements, and repair orders.
