Job summary

Lithia Kia of Anchorage is seeking a Service Advisor to be the main contact for customers during the service journey. You will listen to concerns, document issues, and guide maintenance recommendations to meet vehicle needs.

You will prepare estimates, write repair orders, and clearly explain work while coordinating with technicians to ensure accurate repairs. A strong focus on customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is expected.
• Ability to greet customers and document vehicle issues accurately.
• Strong communication and basic computer skills required.
