Vaden Automotive is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our service team in Georgia. You will build trust with customers, communicate repair recommendations clearly, and help keep a busy service department running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience strongly preferred
• Dealership or independent automotive repair experience welcome
• CDK and Xtime experience is a strong plus
• Solid understanding of automotive maintenance and repair
• Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organization and time-management abilities
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Team-oriented approach with a strong work ethic
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and MVR

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create a professional, welcoming service experience
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle needs
• Schedule appointments and manage repair orders
• Review recommended maintenance and repairs with customers
• Explain technical information in a way customers can easily understand
• Communicate repair updates and timelines throughout the service process
• Work closely with technicians to monitor vehicle repairs
• Recommend appropriate maintenance and dealership services
• Review completed work with customers before vehicle delivery
• Follow up with customers and build relationships that encourage repeat business
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the entire service experience
